Merari has been known for her extensive experience in general corporate and capital investment matters. She has represented and advised clients in a wide array of areas, including trading, services, industries, mining, employment and non-profit organisations or NGOs matters. Throughout her career, she also has been involved in merger and acquisition projects, joint ventures, and represented clients in employment disputes and commercial litigation matters.
Merari took her master degree in International Civil and Commercial Law (Adv.) at Leiden University, the Netherlands.
She is passionate about yoga and mindfulness practice. She also has been dedicating her time for pro bono-work. She is now a Vice Secretary and Coordinator of Organisations and Development of the Legal Aid (Pusat Bantuan Hukum – PBH) Peradi Jakarta Pusat for the period of 2019-2022.
