Business Licensing and Investment Facilities in Ibu Kota Negara Nusantara (Nusantara Capital)
In order to accommodate the relocation of the capital Indonesia from Jakarta to The Capital City of Nusantara (Ibu Kota Negara Nusantara, – “IKN”), the government has enacted several regulations, one of which is Government Regulation No. 12 of 2023 regarding Ease of Business and Investment Facilities for Business Actor in IKN (“GR 12/2023”) as the regulation which accommodates the business actor in doing business in IKN. GR 12/2023 is an implementing regulation of Law No. 3 of 2022 regarding the IKN, which is the main regulation of the IKN (or relocation of the national capital).

Izin Usaha dan Fasilitas Investasi di Ibu Kota Negara Nusantara (Ibu Kota Nusantara)
Dalam rangka mengakomodir pemindahan ibu kota Indonesia dari Jakarta ke Ibu Kota Negara Nusantara (“IKN“), Pemerintah telah memberlakukan beberapa peraturan, salah satunya adalah Peraturan Pemerintah No. 12 Tahun 2023 tentang Pemberian Perizinan Berusaha, Kemudahan Berusaha, dan Fasilitas Penanaman Modal bagi Pelaku Usaha di IKN (“PP 12/2023”) sebagai regulasi yang mengakomodir kegiatan pelaku usaha di IKN. PP 12/2023 merupakan peraturan pelaksana dari Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang IKN, yang mana merupakan peraturan induk IKN (atau pemindahan ibu kota negara).
