MoT Reg 39/2022: Crude Palm Oil’s Banned is Lifted
After temporarily banned the export of Crude Palm Oil through the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 22 of 2022 concerning the Temporary Export Ban of Crude Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Olein, and Used Cooking Oil (“CPO and its Derivatives”), on 8 June 2022, the Government Indonesia has finally revoked the ban through the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 39 of 2022 concerning Amendment to the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 30 of 2022 concerning Export Policies of Crude Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Olein, and Used Cooking Oil (“MoT Reg 39/2022”).

Permendag 39 Tahun 2022: Ketentuan Ekspor Crude Palm Oil
Setelah sempat menghentikan ekspor melalui Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Larangan Ekspor Sementara Crude Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Olein, and Used Cooking Oil, pada 23 Mei 2022, Pemerintah Indonesia telah mencabut dan mengganti peraturan tersebut dengan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 39 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 30 Tahun 2022 tentang Ketentuan Ekspor Crude Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Oil, Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Olein, and Used Cooking Oil (“Permendag 39/2022”).
