Trademark Registration
Trademark is an important asset in business, since a Trademark determines the identity of a brand that needs to be protected and registered. By being registered at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights, it will be easier to claim ownership of the Trademark. If registered, the applicant of the Trademark will be considered as the legal owner of the Trademark.
Thus, it is important to know how to protect Trademark as business assets to maintain fair business competition.

Pendaftaran Merek
Merek merupakan aset penting dalam bisnis, karena Merek menentukan identitas suatu bisnis yang perlu dilindungi dan didaftarkan. Dengan terdaftar di Direktorat Jenderal Hak Kekayaan Intelektual, akan lebih mudah untuk mengklaim kepemilikan Merek.
