Joshua Jujur Jonathan
Joshua is a seasoned litigator specializing in dispute resolution and corporate affairs, across various sectors, including mining, insurance, capital markets, food and beverages. He is particularly noted for his expertise in civil, criminal, and administrative law, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring.
He also possesses extensive expertise in offering guidance on out-of-court dispute resolution, complementing his background in corporate legal due diligence, especially in the financial sector. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to the dissolution and liquidation of a major state-owned insurance company in Indonesia.
Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal and Civil Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University and a Master's degree in Business Law from Gadjah Mada University.
He is a licensed advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
